PRN Tylenol medication was re-filled from the pharmacy and delivered to facility on 8/29/24 for Resident #3. Audit of all residents receiving PRN medications was conducted and no other residents were identified as affected. Staff were re-educated to pro-actively refill medications with 7 doses left.
