BACKGROUND SCREENING CLEARINGHOUSE 435.12 Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.- (2)(b) Until such time as the fingerprints are enrolled in the national retained print arrest notification program at the Federal Bureau of Investigation: 1.
